Project Understanding：
Anning science and education town，With the core aim of improving urban competitiveness，and based on the talents of enterprises in local institutions of higher learning，education 、double innovation、 technology and health industry is driven, and ‘’zhihui park‘’ is used as the carrier to build an innovative and entrepreneurial industrial park that is livable，suitable for industry and travel。
The park is dominated by entrepreneurial industries and supplemented by urban landscape axis，Take industry, school, research and residence as the main line，Each zone of entrepreneurial learning to live considering scientific research function, make around the block function are independent of each other, but each other fusion will work near road side constitute the external business of office space, decorate the interior relatively quiet space for parks and residential, through internal landscape series, building slowly slow space of the life and work。
The overall design takes the modern wind、 science and technology sense、 intelligent、 forest type as the theme, adopts the grand streamline design, pays attention to the scale rhythm landscape characteristic, combines the urban skyline contour line, constructs the anning education new town center landmark, forms the new town enterprise、 leisure and recreation center。

安寧·新鷗鵬科教小鎮(zhèn)，以提高城市競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力為核心宗旨，本地高等院校、企業(yè)人才為基礎(chǔ)，教育、雙創(chuàng)、科技、健康產(chǎn)業(yè)為動(dòng)力，以“智、慧、園、林”為載體打造宜居、宜業(yè)、宜游的創(chuàng)新、創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園。
園區(qū)以創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)為主，城市景觀軸為輔，以“產(chǎn)——學(xué)——研——居”為主線，將每個(gè)園區(qū)的創(chuàng)業(yè)、學(xué)習(xí)、居住、科研功能綜合考慮，使各地塊功能相互獨(dú)立，但又彼此融合。將臨近道路一側(cè)構(gòu)成外部工作、辦公、創(chuàng)業(yè)空間，把內(nèi)部較為幽靜的空間布置為公園與住宅，通過(guò)內(nèi)部景觀道串聯(lián)，構(gòu)建生活與工作的緩步慢行空間。
整體設(shè)計(jì)以現(xiàn)代風(fēng)、科技感、智能化、森林式為主題，采用大手筆流線型設(shè)計(jì)，注重比例韻律、山水特色，結(jié)合城市天際線輪廓線，構(gòu)建安寧教育新城中心地標(biāo)，形成新城創(chuàng)業(yè)、休閑、娛樂(lè)中心。
